The History of UNITRAC

 

 

UNITRAC has been a leading company in the textile industry for over 50 years. We sell various products, including yarns, fabrics, woven and knitted.

 

It al started in Egypt, when Maurice Argi was trading raw cotton and countertrade. When moving to Switzerland, Maurice founded UNITRAC S.A. in 1961. As the years passed, the team increased the yarn business and slowly moved into fabrics.

 

In the early eigthies, the two sons of Maurice joined the business and could therefore develop it further, with new markets and new products.

 

Today, this family business is global, working with clients and suppliers from around the world.
